For the summer term, the Saybrook Mind-Body Medicine Team is continuing the Mindfulness Moments offerings and also adding a bonus for May. During May, they are offering a series (3) of hour-long workshops on mind-body practices that are evidence-based and attendees can learn to do on their own. The bonus workshops are a valuable offering and can help with self-care during this hectic time. As part of the Mindfulness Moments program, they are open to the public and will also be recorded. Attached is a flyer with the dates and topics. The dates are May 8, 15, and 22 from 9am to 10am PT for the workshops.
