Mindfulness for Mind-Body Wellness Presentation

I gave this presentation some weeks back on #mindbodywellness with #experiential segments that can support our whole person health, especially during turbulent times. In this session, I described how mindfulness practices can contribute to whole-person wellness. Through experiential exercises included throughout the presentation, participants experienced different mindfulness techniques and learned how these can enhance individual self-care. #health #mindbodyspirit #mindbodymedicine #saybrook
